OUR HISTORY

The idea to plant a church in Fremantle was the vision of the leadership team at c3Church Hepburn Heights, a large thriving church in the northern suburbs of Perth.

Nigel and Andrea Surman who were longstanding members of the c3Church Hepburn Heights congregation, moved to Fremantle in 1996 with a vision to build a church. Port Community Church as it was originally known began services with a team of 12 others in the East Fremantle Tennis Club.

10 Years later c3Church Fremantle (c3F) purchased its own facilities at 230 Hampton Road, South Fremantle where it is situated today.

c3 Churches

c3Church Fremantle is a part of c3 International (c3I) which is a movement of 150 churches situated throughout Australasia, New Zealand, North America, Africa and the European Community.

Dr Phil Pringle is the founder and president of the movement along with his wife Christine, who pastor the movement’s largest congregation c3Church Oxford Falls, in Sydney Australia.
