PortCare

Our Charity PortCare was established in 2000 to combat the growing need of families struggling to make ends meet. PortCare runs an Op Shop and small food outlet where low cost basic provisions can be purchased. Urgent food assistance is provided through a food hamper. Hampers are also distributed at Christmas time.

PortCare also provides support to the local high school and primary schools for excursions, school materials, school bags and lunch boxes.  It also assists hundreds of disadvantaged families in many practical ways.

PortCare also works closely alongside other agencies in providing the necessary support to people who find their circumstances have changed.

PortCare is a deductible gift recipient, all donations to Portcare are tax deductible.
